It was actually just a loop that was normally at 170 bpm. Slowing it down to 103 gave that effect. The sample is just called "Winston" if you want to do the same then bounce it into one-shots. Glad you liked it though :)
It's my most sample based piece, only the bass comes out of the pulv. The rest is samples put into the machiniste or audiotracks. I'm glad you like it though :)
