So, I actually tried to get some recording done today and, well, it was pretty awful. It's pretty hard to get the vocals to match the bars perfectly, and I've realized that my voice doesn't seem to be fit for rapping. Broadcasting,yes. Audio books, definitely. But rapping? No.
I'll give it one more week so I can try and figure something out

Well, recently since I started taking college classes, the work has actually been lightening up. Despite this, I still can't start recording because the light in my laptop went out a few days ago. (Fancy that!) On the plus side, the writing has been going pretty well. So the song should be out in about a week or two. Sound good? I think so.

I've decided on the beat that I want to use, so now I'm going to start writing the lyrics. If I'll give it about a week or so and see where this goes. If I can't come up with anything or don't like the lyrics, I'll just publish the instrumental. Sound good?

Pretty soon, I'm going to start deleting a bunch of my old tracks. I won't get rid off all of them, just the ones that I don't think are creatively fulfilling. I figured that since it's a new year, I'd try to start over and do it right.

Good news and bad news:
Good news- I got my old desktop to start working again so there is a chance that I'll be able to use audiotool again a lot sooner than expected.
Bad news- that thing is EXTREMELY slow, so I won't be work nearly as fast as I used to. (a turtoise could finish a 100 meter dash before Internet explorer opened on this computer).

after a nice, long break i've finally got my laptop back so now i can continue to make music on here. i plan on making another song by thursday. also, i do plan on doing a major project on here so that way i can make a song at my full potential so you might not see me releasing more stuff as often as i normally would.
