Hi Audiotool, My name is Re-funct and I'm completely new to music production. I have always wanted to try it, but could never afford the expensive software required. I'm limited to using Ubuntu at the moment, and I happened to come across Audiotool! What an excellent piece of design this is, hats off to the developers!

Also I never tire of listening to some of the great tracks from artists I was never aware of, so this has been a revelation to me.

My preferred style of music has always been house, and it's various sub genres, so that is where I have started trying to my tracks, but I just can't seem to get them to sound clean right now. Practice makes perfect though, and I'm trying to use new techniques to progress my skills.
