Audiotrack

An audiotrack is a single channel device which allows for a library sample to be added to your track. As soon as an audiotrack is dragged to the desktop a corresponding track will be automatically created on the timeline, it is then possible to drag a sample from the library into the audiotrack's corresponding track on the timeline. NOTE: It is possible to drag a loop straight from the sample browser to the desktop and an Audiotrack will be automatically created and the sample will be added to the timeline.

Just drag the right border of an audio region on the timeline to the right. The audio will loop for the whole length of the region.

The Audiotrack doesn't use notes, it's not a synth. It uses samples. Just drag them from the sample panel on the right into an audio track on your timeline.

how do you use a sound on an audiotrack more than once? I do not see where you can copy and paste it to other locations on the track.

On the corresponding audio track on the timeline, you can drag the right edge of the audio region to loop the audio as many times as you need. You can also CTRL-click the audio region to create a copy, or Shift+CTRL-click to create a virtual copy.
