How do I Change The tempo Of just one note track when using the machiniste?

Not a feature request.
Mainly, that would be a problem. You can change the tempo by adjusting the pitch knob, but by changing the pitch, you wouldn't know what tempo the newly-pitched sample is at. You can adjust the end/start knob as well.
It's inconvenient but possible to compute the tempo change from the pitch.
newBpm = originalBpm * 2 ^ (cents / 1200)
As an example: If your sample has 120 bpm and you pitch it up by 1200 cents:
newBpm = 120 * 2 ^ (1200 / 1200)
newBpm = 120 * 2 ^ 1
newBpm = 120 * 2
newBpm = 240 <- resulting tempo
(a^b means a raised to the power of b)
In fact, you can: the pitch value is given in cents. 100 cents are one semitone. 1200 is a full octave.
