Is there a way to retrigger the arpeggio sequence with Matrix? For example, what if I had a 3 note arpeggio and wanted to retrigger it after every bar. How would I go about doing that?

Yes, it's possible by using patterns. Add a pattern track to the Matrix, create a pattern in it and click the "S" button (pattern sync) on the device so that it's on. The sequence will restart at the end of each pattern repeat.
