How do I add another line to the same tool? Used to be a "+" button beside the tool name.

The Shift+[ and Shift+] keyboard shortcuts to switch between open projects don't work for me. I have a Windows keyboard with German distribution and I have to press AltGr+8 or AltGr+9 to produce the [ and ] characters. Adding Shift to that key combination does nothing in my case. Is there a workaround? Could those shortcuts be changed to something that doesn't need a modifier key in addition to the shortcut key? For example, they could be Shift+4 and Shift+5, since Shift+(1-3) are used to change the interface layout.

The "Alt" modifier key while dragging key-frames on a region to get rid of the value snap doesn't work for me. The OS' window system has the "Alt" key bound to moving the whole application window. I'm using Linux Ubuntu Studio. How can I achieve the same behaviour?

Thanks but, well, the shortcut is defined for the Alt key so, any other key won't and doesn't work. It does work though, if I press Alt -after- starting to move the key-frame. But not if I press it before, as is normal for a shortcut.
