An utility track situable for making melodies in (software like) Sony Vegas that can be used to apply vocoder effects (in software like Audacity) to a track like vocals, for example.

There are three distinct notes of 32 seconds long each, as you can hear – that's because:

1) In Sony Vegas, you can pitch shift up or down an audio track up to 24 semitones (or 2 octaves) at a time, resulting in a range of 4 octaves. With this, the combined range of the three notes should span around 140-150 total semitones, making this file versatile.

2)The three notes' (or carrier's) duration, 32 seconds each, can be useful when pairing with modulator files (like a voice clip from a tv show), as these modulator files shouldn't last more than 32 seconds. Also, when making melodies, the notes don't usually last more than 32 seconds either, so the duration can be of use in that regard.

Even if this utility track is made with non-pitch bent notes in mind, you can apply a pitch-bending effect in Sony Vegas yourself for stuff like vibrato, etc.

For more information on how to make a vocoder effect, look up "vocoder audacity" on the internet.
