ER: This project of ours had some ups and downs, but we managed to make it through all that and complete it! :D

I had asked Zir0h if they wanted to collaborate with me again, told them about how I was inspired to make some synthwave after obsessing over the song After Dark by Mr Kitty, and they ultimately helped me to bring a concept to life with an attempt to create a similar vibe. I feel so bad that yet again, I was a horrible collaborator and dragged out this whole thing for a while when we could've gotten this completed sooner, but I am happy with what we were able to make together in the end. Thanks Zir0h, you're awesome. Guys, you should totally support them.

Zir0h: Wow, I honestly don't have any words to describe how thanksful I am to have been a part of this project with EscapingReality. They are definitely talent in the making, and I hope we will have more opportunities to make music together in the future. You should support them avidly as well!

Now let's talk about the track. ExcapingReality really summed it up but I'd like to touch on a few specific details:

1). Our 'rolling bass' really started to shine at the end of our mastering process when I was reminded once again how amazing just one little filter can be in the way it changes your sound. When in doubt, filter that shit!

2). we tried to write vocals for this, but I called it off, I'm not much of a singer and I don't think my lyrics were very good.

3). instead of lyrics or just leaving the song instrumental, we decided to throw in some inspirational clips that I had from movies and podcasts (teehee don't tell them!)

4). The lead melody was inspired by the nursery "You are my sunshine"

Anyway we hope you like the finished product. I hope it gives you goosebumps at that one part where it gives me goosebumps :3

Let this song be an example that if anyone puts their mind to something, they can do it. IF WE CAN DO IT, THEN SO CAN YOU! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! DONT LET CRABS IN A BUCKET BRING YOU DOWN!
