Listen to sndbrgn's tracks. He make repetitive tracks but makes it interesting with all those little changes in filters and stuff. Synth sound is pretty good. The track has potential for sure but need some extra love :)

U can use panning, stereo delay, maybe just more stereo in overall. Also try to add little details in the main parts to give more variation. Some different hats and stuff make such a difference.

The biggest thing I mis in this track is dynamics. It sounds really flat if u know what i mean. The waveform predicted it a little.
