A while ago I found some stems from "Welcome To The Real World" lying around in Audiotool's sample library. I liked the singing and the melody a lot and decided to try my first remix. The only elements remaining from the original track are the vocals and some noise sweeps. The rest is all newly composed and arranged. I hope that you like it! You can find the original here:

  • i personally don't like this genre, but the synths are spectacular, once again a lot to be learned here

  • great remix!

  • bomb track!

  • sweet stuff man! that bass line/tone is awesome!

  • This is some nice work! You've really given the track your own flavor!

  • Thank you everybody for the feedback! :)

  • Awesome synths!!!! I have to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of the original, but I love this remix. Tons of retro energy. Great job Jordi!

  • Gorgeous remix !

  • excellent remix, great comp and synth. Smiling music :)

  • Man i like this allot. Great synthwork as i expected. Gratz on making such a killer remix :)

  • I'm listening on headphones. I think the bass isn't truly a sub bass, so that might be why I think it swallows.

Currently, I notice the middle part has sub bass too... So I guess itself alone in the beginning is too loud, but it fits when other elements are introduced.

    Tweaked a few levels.

  • Not sure if it's my speaker's frequency responses: the sub-bass in the beginning seems to "eat out" everything else. Should be lowered just a bit. Everything else sounds good, nice arrangement!

  • What a beautiful track:)
