Hey man, this is a pretty nice concept for a track, though to make it a bit more complete, it could use a bit more work.
It's good to take melodic ideas from a sample and build from it, but it may not be considered as acceptable to use the sample for the entirety of the track. Try incorporating some synths into the mix, even if you decide to use the sample in the track it's always good to build from it.
