UPDATE: I pretty much make everything now on Garage Band. I still have troubles with risers however, but am somewhat better at them.

I can say that I do all the drums in whatever one I make. I don't use loops though anymore. Except for risers. Can't seem to ever figure those out.

Alrighty then. I shall. But it may not be on this DAW. Might be, but I'm not sure if I want to continue on this one after I get my Apple Computer this Christmas. My friend's willing to give me his Midi launchkey as well, so that's a plus. Hopefully it works... Thinking about getting Fruity Loops.

Yeah, I made the riser.
Presets are fine just make sure not to use the same ones repeadetly.
Also you should make some of your own sound designs sooner or later to manifest your own style.

if what you are talking about is the riser. other than that I put in everything else. I did use presets though, so there's that.

This is really good. Nice and groovie. Even though the first synth is wierd and the super saw is a bit out of place.
