Is this a track on it's own or should I make another section for it?

I've made so many drafts and templates of different tracks I've attempted and all of them have turned out badly :( I'm publishing this to keep you guys interested, not out of my own enjoyment :/ hopefully this phase will pass soon and I can start to enjoy to make music again.
