i concur with your assessment - problem is the founding fathers never did stop but racist hateful anti-mexico advocates in various southern states outlawed it in the early 1900s because it was thought that only Mexicans smoked it - today the anti-pot laws are nothing more than fascist, hypocritical nonsense and is used to keep non-violent people in american prisons so that prison bureaucracy employees can keep their jobs - what a travesty is truly is !
