    Brilliant thanks for advice buddy. I use the centroid occasionally yeah and it is good but its so damn fiddly and easy to fade out the other channels. I'll use it for my future songs though (: And thanks, about the bass too ;)

    CODEX....i roll without the limiter on most of my new tracks.... that way i know it wont clip and if you wanna listen to my songs loud it wont sound like poo... im almost positive the limiter is off on the remix i did for your contest....

    if your worried about a kick not being as beffy if you lower the gain or drive on your tube you can just go through the centroid and lower the volume or gain on that along with your other mixers that way you get what you want and it doesnt clip....
