  • If I may, here's my take on this song:

The song is mostly just percussion and samples, and although it sounds pretty good, it feels a little empty. A little bit of a "dancing melody" (as i call it) would do miracles for this song. That said, I do like the nuances in the percussion: most newer audiotoolers create a clumbsy loop and just let it go for the entire song. I might remix this sometime: once again, love the foundation but it could use a little extra something.

    • I made some improvements, added some sounds and tried increasing the intensity. Im so new at this...lol but starting classes (music 150 and music 190) on August 23rd at the College...im so excited!! Here is the "improved" version of Control Me (improved) I know its still not perfect and I may play with it later now that I just bought a Midi player (and have to learn how to use it)

    • Alright, sounds like a good call if it was too distracting.

    • Thank you for your feedback! I totally agree with you and actually did have a melody that was worked into it...but it just didn't fit the track and I found it distracting (so I removed it before publishing) Yes, I do feel it needs that little "extra" I just don't know what that is yet.... Also I need to learn how to work with more of the tools here to create interesting sounds. You have been very helpful and I appreciate the "follow"!!

  • deep drum and echo from the background of music l think must be cool :)

  • cool :)

    • Thank you for following!! Lets keep the beats going!

I'm actually remixing this one, I found something that might sound good...it's still missing that "something"
