Hey Guys. I was watching a youtube vid were Jay Hardway explains how he made his song "Wake Up." Most of the synths he did was with a detuned saw preset on Massive. Since I dont have Massive, I did the next best thing: Used the Heisenberg and a preset (by the name of Big room Synth) for the saws.

In all, there were 9 layers for the saw: 6 of them were from that preset I mentioned before with a lot of EQing and a Reverb added onto them, and the others were white noise, a plink with a stereoenhanceer and reverb, and a Tick sound so the notes are actually defined. We arent even at the chords yet!

The chords were very simple. I just used a bass pluck for the bass and sub, a crushed chord pluck for the highs and mid-highs of the chords, and a nice clean pluck sound for the mid filler chords.

Just this took two days to make. This is nowhere near the the full song. The reason it took so long is because of lag.

Anyways, Hope you like these sounds and I hope my advice was helpful!
