    as someone who has a ton of lo-fi tapes, it's frustrating when people look at our culture and think the only thing we do is put a drum pattern over a loop

      as someone who barely has done lofi stuff, i promise you I am def doing more than putting drum patterns over a loop but I absolutely suck at sample chopping that isn't just turning it into experimental gibberish xd
