    retackled the beast.. please please comment on the bass.. it has been giving me troubles for over a year now..

  • its still one of my favorites by you though...the picture you chose just fits the track perfectly. :)

  • or if you really want the kick to be that rumbling, then cut off all of the LOW-lows for the bass and amplify the frequencies just on the verge of what you would call low-mids....it sounds nice without, but the bassline was soo nice...also maybe add an exciter or two on some of the percussion...but aside from that, i think your volume scale is off for mastering just a little bit... ;)

  • dude you need to really like....ok, if you have spotify then listen to a Bonobo track or Boards of Canada track and adjust the volume till it sounds good...then try to make your own track as high as volume as that but work on the mixing and stuff...thats what i try to do...and its even easier with this type of music because you have so much open space. you shoulda kept the bassline and deducted the amount of bass from the kick because it is so big and stereo...
