Yeah, it has to be panned pre. The original signal pans but the effected signal is seperate so the delay or whatever renders where it was while the original sound moves somewhere else. Probably could be useful for more than just a pulv, you could use it on one shots, or machiniste sounds, or render 100 wet and effect the effects or something... I dunno but some potential probably
I think my favorite parts is the rides and the modulated reverb-delay square thing; if your throw panning behind it, it gives a weird effect with the mono reverb where it "ghosts" notes in the panning field after the panning changes
