I added some sound effects and I hope it sounds better :)

  • wow dude

this is really good for a start!

use some effects, mixing/mastering (dm me if you need any tips on mixing/mastering), and better transitions and youll be set!

  • ayy this is hard add some effects to that bass and itll be solid

  • Some pretty good starting riddim. If you don't mind, I have some tips on how to get closer to the type of stuff you're looking to make: first, lowend. you wanna have a sub bass in just about any type of dubstep. a simple way to do is simply take a sine wave (so a default heisenberg) and just make it a lower octave, probably 2 octaves below what it is by default (so -24.0000) .

I went into this track and made a sub next to the synth as an example

    • Totally! You're doing better than alot of beginners. You already know the sound and structure so you're half way there. You'll be making bangers in no time :)

    • thanks but I'm a beginner so I don't know everything on this site but thanks for the advice

    • Also! Give the effect pedals a shot. Many riddim synths have a tight delay (for AT purposes having it at a step count of 1 and length of 1/16). A flanger with chorus can get a metallic effect or a wonky one. A phaser by itself can also do wonky. Just experiment and see what effects can give you what vibes.
