What I do is, find or upload <-- (what I do) a nice compressed kick (or you can use audiotools crappy compressor) use the kick as you would regularly would but make sure the clipping limiter on the master output is off (so it can clip slightly if you eq properly) and you can also use come presets for the exciter and graphic EQ.
