This has happened to me before. If you are able to find the distributor they used to upload it you can contact them and explain them the situation. You can usually find it in the description of those "Auto-Generated" YouTube videos. Then, send them a link of your original song aswell as the link to the reuploaded song and ask them to re-review the release. They should take it down within the next few days. Hope this helps!
I'm also hesitant to dispute the claim at the moment because I fear that the claim will simply "go away" on my end while the claim is removed from Youtube but not other distributors.
Not really sure what I can do about it. Dude has already published on a bunch of platforms. Which he's allowed to do. Just not under all rights reserved liscenceing and without credit. I probably can't do much without a lot of work and running around filing all sorts of claims.
Yeah, this is really annoying. More so just that my music gets bot flagged if someone wanted to use it. My AT music is all CC-BY-SA so I'm going to assume people are just going to take and retitle it sometimes. Fair play, but if someone is going to do so I only ask to make some kind of transformative change, or to cite the track from me on Audiotool as your source.
