So on my main acc https://www.audiotool.com/user/praabz/ I'm not able to login due to receiving this message through Facebook.
"App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."
I've reported the problem to Facebook, but I haven't gotten conformation that it's been received, nor do I know how Facebook will even contact me, if they do get to my report. Wondering if one of the Audiotool admins can help me regain access to my account. thank u <3

when did it start? because It was working fine for me last night, but not today. also I'm not able to open app unless using a vpn :? I keep getting guru meditation otherwise
Recently (1-3 days ago, not sure), Facebook disabled apps where the developers did not confirm an update of terms or privacy matters or so....I read that, but did not see any relation to us.
It might be that somethings was missed here. We'll look into that.
I tried logging in about 10 or 11 hours ago, and it just would not work.
Ok thank you, I was still able to login and use the app on the night of the 6th and early morning of the 7th. (US EST) on https://www.audiotool.com/user/praabz/ Also, not sure if you saw my other comment, but I am also getting guru meditation when opening the app even on my burners ( https://www.audiotool.com/user/abvss/ , https://www.audiotool.com/user/atn_official ) unless using a vpn.
ok nvm as of now (6:38pm US EST 10/8/2021) I'm not able to use the app even with the VPN. Im getting the "Cannot run audiotool. Shit happens. Make sure you're using the most recent verstion of Firefox or Chrome" error. I'm on (Ver. 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)) might have to do with vpn extension though ill disable and try again. Apologies for the many comments haha
I just get guru meditation again. disabled all extensions (veepn, honey, adblock)
If you signed up using Facebook authentication, please try resetting your password.

Same problem for me, seems like Audiotool is no longer in my "app and web sites" list on facebook, but I dont know why, Ive never deleted it, im completely stuck now I cant login anymore. Have u got any solution for us to login ? Thx

Is there any way I can disable facebook authentication and login using only my email after this issue is resolved? I still haven't received a response from facebook. @andremichelle @moderator @audiotool
I think there’s no way for that, and our accounts are def dead bro. The only solution would be AT trust us (or check our IP) to make sure we are the owner of the account and give us a new access to it
But we need a way to get in touch with an AT admin and I don’t know how. Plus moderator doesn’t reply anymore.

we reached out to Facebook, as their deactivation of the "audiotool facebook app" (basically, a mini connector between AT and Facebook) led to the issue.
i'll try to get an update to you asap.

Thank you all for your patience. It looks like we fixed this issue. Facebook had to review our app which took some time and we don't see any problems with Login anymore - please check if it works for you.
