Hello i have a problem with the studio infinitely loading for this account. Idk if it's something to do with me becoming a patreon supporter or not but it happened 2ish days after i became one. The studio loads fine in my alt so it seems to be an account thing. I was hoping it wasn't just a me problem but it does seem to just be a me problem because it's been 3 days. I've also tried using mobile, chrome, and firefox with the same result. Any idea on how to help me?

it's happened to me before, i think its a bug. lasted about a day or two.
if it doesnt go away on its own, try emailing audiotool about it.
if your using the booster, it may be a bug with that.

are you logged into multiple devices with the same account (your main)?
Laptop, desktop, and phone
try logging out of those, and re logging into your laptop only.
if that doesnt work, then i literally have no idea what is causing this.

When you open the studio are you opening audiotool.com/app/# or audiotool.com/app?
Neither of those work.
I just press the enter studio button to go into it
try clearing your cookies and see if that does anything
No effect
Did you try Chrome in Incognito mode?
Can you post a screenshot of how the loading looks like? There are several states.
Incognito mode is still giving the same result it seems. Also it's giving me weird errors in the java script. I hope this helps

im having a similar issue. but its only with one specific project. this has a happened to me in the past and my usual solution is open a different draft then go to 'open recent' but even that isnt working. its just infinitely saying 'rendering document'. i tried letting it load for over an hour and nothing worked. any ideas?
