Ok, so upon deeper inspection, I found that the version of NGINX (server) we are using is from 2020. I think we should probably update the freaking servers to current standards 😭😭😭
2020 doesn't seem that long ago tbh. But 5 years is still a long time. I agree, the servers should probably be updated soon. Sometimes I get this strange bug where a track is supposed to play but ends up taking minutes to load and is still loading, and then I reload the page but the tab's icon turns into a loading symbol but nothing is actually happening (the page wouldn't even unload). So far haven't encountered this or similar in the Studio though.
The bug eventually turns into a 504.
Yes, and lately it's been encouraged by people overloading the servers AHEM TRAP KID
The latest NGINX server is 1.24.0, which seems to have many advantages over 2020's 1.18.0
don't worry, they are re-working the Audiotool website as they have mentioned on the discord server, including the framework Audiotool runs on. stay tuned and try to endure it for now, but know that they're working on it! :)
