First, this isn't a bug you're reporting, it doesn't go in Bug Reports. Second, to make music, click the Studio button in the bar at the top of the page. Third, to upload your music to YouTube, you just download your music and use some sort of video editor to attach the music to a static image or silent animation of some sort, then download the resulting video, then follow YouTube's steps for uploading. If you meant to upload your music making process, you just screen record the Studio as you do stuff in it, then upload the screen recording to YouTube.
