Clear your tabs, to many tabs open can take up a lot of memory. Same for games running in the background. If that doesn't work then maybe restart your computer and leave it there for 5 minutes. Worked for me but your problem may be different than mines.
Context matters in this. There are many ways that studio could crash. That could be a lack of memory, WebGL breaking, etc. i do hope your issue is resolved though!
My best recommendation is what @chipp suggested, perhaps try using different drivers in your Preferences tab that fits your workspace best and see from there. Audiotool is notorious for crashing, however they might be working on it, who knows!
