Whenever I click play it takes 5 minutes and the song is I'm very low quality and the song plays too slow

If you lower the tempo to nothing it would take forever to start

Well, the tempo to minimum is 30BPM, not nothing. Still, 30BPM is rather slow. I would recommend a tempo of about 120BPM (normal).
