A+ Records Still Alive?

Is A+ Records still a thing now? I was just wondering, no one really pays attention to it anymore. When I first joined Audiotool, I was always wanted to join A+ Records. So I was wondering if it's still open, or if it's not available anymore? If it is still going on, how can members join A+ Records?

There's usually a pinned topic at the top of each board describing what it's for and how to write topics for it.
