So instead of straight up banning people, Audiotool should do a thing where they put a message on your wall, warning you that if you keep breaking the code of conduct, you will get banned. EX: you keep using copyrighted samples, ok a message on your wall as a warning, that person keeps using samples, ok they get banned, simple, but if they don't, they get a strike, two or three strikes and you get a ban or suspension. See what I mean?

As far as I know, reported users that are found to break AT's code of conduct usually do get a warning before being blocked. The warning appears as a message on their home page when they log in and is only visible to them.
