You always want the most accessible place to easily get your music from. You also want to organize your tracks and albums.
A flash drive and Google Drive will be your best friend on this. I cannot tell you how many tracks I lost due to some retarded incidents. Save your albums as a folder, and put your tracks in those albums. If your doing volumes, like me, put the album title as the folder, then use numeric folders (Ex: Your Album > Vol. 1, Vol. 2, etc...)
And, uploading your music will be less of a hassle, because all your songs are stored and saved either in these two components.
