Project Workshop

Ok, so I'll keep it simple for you. I'm making my own little project for anyone in the community to enjoy by veterans, but especially new people. You just choose any song from the list given at the end and start working alone or with the help of me or someone else from the community. Everyone is welcome.

If you are interested, here are the details

What is my project?

This project is, to be fair, just a collection of free-to-use ideas for you to expand on, experiment with, and publish as your own. It's a place for people to find inspiration and maybe start music for the first time. With ready tracks, you can basically go on and click the remix button on any track that gives you an idea to start something and go with the flow of your work.

For who is this?

Basically everyone, althought the idea of it is to encourage fresh people to try some music.

What do I offer?

I offer anyone (although I don't think people with experience need it) help of any kind. From simple things to more complicated stuff, althought I mostly make music from experimentation. If you want my help on track, you can invite me to the remix, and I'll help, even if I don't agree with your vision, so in the end you have all the free will you can.

When you create a track, I will add it to a playlist called Workshop. If you'd prefer to have your track apart from the playlist, just add a tag #not-include, tell it in the description of your piece, or write it to me on my wall or on this post.

Want to be a part of it?

As I said earlier, you can make a track, but that's not all. If you are a creator with experience and want to help newcomers, like me, you can tell others and me under this post that you are ready to help. Every bit of support will make this project more accessible for the ones that just start to make music. So if you are interested in helping, write it here, and if you feel like it's not enough, bring your own ideas to the table.

The tracks: Lost Drafts

So basically it's a free library for a start on music, with help from me and maybe others. Enjoy :)

  • tldr let's make templates and wildly remix them

sounds awesome. i'll try if it catches on.

one problem. the heyday of audiotool was in 2013 and now everyone knows how to use things

    • I know, but I also see many people joining lately, and I think we also should think about it too. The fact that this site has so many creators that know what they are doing just makes it better for newcomers. I'm mostly targeting new people, and the fact that so many creators know how to use this site makes it easier for people to learn how to create music from others.

To be fair, it will probably flop, but I just wanted to try anyway.

      Thanks for the comment :)
