Why does birdcore even exist anymore?

At first it was fun people trying to create an ambience track made out of synthesized/natual bird sounds, but now it is really just a junkyard. People use it to promote their tracks better, so why does it still exist if it lost all its meaning?

    main issue is nobody knows what the hell is birdcore is, so it devolved into what is basically a shitpost dump

    or maybe that was the premise

      Birdcore imo is just dreamy tracks stuff that makes you happy or fly/feel weightless which is why its called birdcore personally i put my pluggnb songs there
