Master arranger track

This one has also been discussed before, but here it goes again: A master arranger track that can help divide the timeline in sections that can be moved, reordered, repeated, etc. The sections could follow the design of current regions and have a loop segment and content move bar, they could be lengthened to loop their contents, copied or cloned. They could also be flattened to fix the current version of the arrangement into a flat timeline or to consolidate several regions. It would have to be decided if every region on regular plugin tracks would belong to an arranger track region, or if there could be "independent" regions to create "exception" events that wouldn't follow the arranger track.

Bumping this. A much more modest implementation (but very useful, and standard in almost any DAW) would be a marker / locator track: A simple track where locators or marks can be placed. They can be named, the playback head can be placed at each one easily (with the transport or with keyboard shortcuts) and sections between them can be easily looped.
