Pitching and warping. These should be possible by right clicking the audio on the timeline to make pitching options and stretching options appear. Also, a way to play notes on the sampler would be pretty nice.

you can play notes by automating the pitch, but other than that, i agree on this 100%
going into audacity constantly to chop and pitchshift everything does get tiring sometimes
pitch shifting to notes on the scale would be so useful
as leadenshrew said, pitch shifting samples would be a GREAT FEATURE.
