So far there's only the possibility to play back lists of music on audiotool.
I think a nice feature would be, to have a random play back similar how soundcloud and YouTube have. The feature would be even better if similar styles and popularity by users would be detected so the track selection would be more "fluid".
Kind of like how the audio tool radio was, just with a better track selection algorithm.
Don't know how hard that would be to implement though.

This would be an awesome feature! I can't believe it hasn't gotten as much traction (it might be the title, which would better suit what you're asking as, perhaps "Autoplay for the Tack Player", or something of the sort.)
But, from what I understand, the Audiotool website (including the player) won't be revamped until after Next is released, so it may be awhile until this sees the light of day.
I hope it does, eventually. It'd be awesome to see features in the new player like Autoplay, Up Next, Looping, etc.
