think myspace. i think it'd be really cool if everybody could have custom backgrounds, custom music (or maybe just your own music that you can set to play when somebody goes to your profile, that you could turn off in settings if you didn't want to hear somebody's music immediately), and maybe custom fonts? i think it would allow for a lot more individuality and personality in people's profiles.
please try to get some moderators to see this! i would really like something like this implemented! would add a lot of character to AT as a whole too!

Check the CSS of https://majorflux.codehs.me to get a clue as to why you don't want me to have this. I am horrible at making good CSS, and I am horrible when it comes with personalization.
this has nothing to do with what i said, but this is really kewl!!!! a exact simulation of real life sounds really complicated, but if u put ur mind to it, def possible :D u should make ur own topic for this so you can get more reach tho

The content itself is fine. Now what about the style of the website? People say that it looks way too wild for the eyes, too much going on.

Well, sometimes this might lead to profiles that would look like those over-the-top old-myspace-like profiles with tons of gaudy gifs and texts.
But look on the bright side: this might result in wonderful-looking profiles made by those experienced in css and the like.
Not to mention that this can be a good thing for those who are not fond of today's web design standards and practices.
well @ed_co that's the point :0 im thinking that 00s look, it'd definitely kill the corporate.. and it'd be really nice :D would add a lot of character.. and yes, really good profiles could come from those who know css (doesn't have to be tho, could be an easier interface with just settings 2 customize)
