that's something that may be added in a year or so from now, but currently you just gotta work with what you have.
audiotool is not as limiting as it may seem when it comes to making dubstep. here are some prime examples of good audiotool dubstep.
i use the term dubstep a little loosely as not all of these are necessarily dubstep tracks, but they use a lot of sounds that you would hear in a dubstep song.

i feel like i'm also obliged to say that i'm not promoting the idea that you should steal the sound design of all these tracks, but am rather showing you that dubstep is not impossible with the current resources we have in audiotool. they are also adding a wavetable synth a lot like serum very soon, and i'm sure that could be used for dubstep sounds as well.
