I'm trying for the first time to make vocals, and it doesn't sound great. It could be three things: 1) My voice just isn't that great. 2) I'm using a Logitech Astro A10 to headset to record. 3) I don't know what to add in the studio.
Advice would be very much appreciated. I do think the answer to 3 could also solve 1 or 2. Thanks!

A headset mic will not be good.
The room you're recording in is likely to be acoustically poor.
It is possible to record with a bad mic and do some fixing with various software, but AT doesn't really have that capability. EQ will do wonders for fixing that stuff.
Compression is needed to fix dynamic range in a recording.
De-esser setup (split the signal, send A to a compressor input and
B to a hp filter then the SC input.) To control sibilance.
Then for FX - an aux setup with chorus, delays, reverb or combinations of the three will prove useful.
