You can automate the tempo of each part of your track: Click the stopwatch button to open the tempo automation area

To create an automation line, double-click at the beginning of the timeline area. Then, double-click at the beginning of the line and enter the base speed. You can now add marker points anywhere on the track by double-clicking on the line and adjusting the speed according to your preferences.
