André Michelle Not related to AT in general, but I seem not to understand what is causing it, thought to ask you because you have better skills in this digital world
Maybe someone had this problem and knows how to fix it. I don't know why google chrome browser is doing it. The thing is sometimes it will not load pages. I attached a screenshot. I have to hit reload button for minimum 2 times to get all textures and content loaded properly. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling chrome, looked for this on the internet, but cannot find an answer. Sometimes chrome loads all pages properly with no problems, but more than not it will bug like this.
Some ideas what is causing it? Thank you.

I fixed the problem personally.
I have the program on my PC called Advanced System Care by Iobit, and it was messing up the chrome.
I had that feeling because I once saw something about this topic but couldn't recall it.
I uninstalled ASC and chrome works like a charm.

@André Michelle it happens with every page I load. Is it Facebook, is it Soundcloud, is it Audiotool, I have to reload for a couple times to get textures loaded.

Ping 11ms
Jitter 4ms
Download 66.13Mbps
Upload 59.22Mbps

For example, when I launch NEXT, once it opens, Loading app bar would not move at all, I have to hit the reload button.
After that Loading app, bar moves and I get an error ( Error loading textures ) so I have to hit reload button again.
Then loading app bar completes and goes to Loading components where it get's stuck again.
So I hit reload button for 3rd time, then it manages to load the draft. But I have to hit the reload button 4th time because it would not load samples.
It is not at issue, I just don't understand what's wrong with my browser.
