favourite, samples and presets unavailable

Hi community, i have a recurring problem with the samples, favourites and presets on the LHS menu. Less and less are visible to me and the ones i can browse from one project to the next are not the same. Even the samples i have uploaded aren't available to me. Have i done something wrong so that i cannot find them any more? Or is this a bug?

Edit: i uploaded and used samples before. I get a message that the samples are uploaded successfully. I also see them in the assets page.

      by reload your profile you just mean hit refresh on the browser or something else? I've tried that a few times. Another interesting detail: i see more samples (including mine) in a new project until i save it. Once saved, all disappear.
