how do I change Piano Roll from quarter notes

Title says it all. the piano roll only allows quarter notes and longer, was wondering how to shorten it to 16ths.

There should be an option left of the timeline. At the moment it will either say Smart or 1/4. Just click on it and a menu will pop up with different note lengths.
