Im trying to increase the bpm by going to 130 to 160 but I have no clue on how to do that.

click the stopwatch top left of your timeline, and you'll open up its automation region. Predefine your bpm by clicking in a keyframe at the beginning of your track, and then write in the automation to change the bpm at the right section of your track
