Just go to https://studio.audiotool.com and you'll be fine.
Audiotool doesn't (intentionally) support studio on phone. I don't recommend making music on there.
It IS possible on android devices but it’s essentially unusable unless you connect a wireless keyboard and mouse to the phone VIA Bluetooth, and the studio isn’t supported on iOS
