How to upload a full song of mine, made in AT, to AT

i made a track in AT for an upcoming beat battle, but to conserve cpu, i'd like to upload it as an audio file due to its size. i've seen samples that last around 66 bars or more, how do i do this?

    no longer possible due to copyright, only 30 second clips are allowed, sample the song, and in probe just selct like 2 bars (depends on the bpm (select 30 seconds)) and then upload selection, keep doing that until the whole song is uploaded

      press on "studio" at the top, then you click on "demo", from there you could see demo tracks made by AT, learn something from them and if you are completely lost; watching a youtube tutorial would be helpful
