Is there really no way to change the pitch of a single sample loop?

I have a song at 120 bpm and I want to use a sample vocal loop that was set at 175 bpm. Obviously it sounds bad when I import it. Is there no way to change the pitch or import it in a way where it doesn't alter the audio? I'm still pretty new at this.

    you can use the machinste to change the pitch, or you can use pitch delay
