Okay so two of my songs I was always there, and My everything are on the charts. Yet last week my song i was always there, was #1 and it still is, and instead of the #1 on my song being blue, it is gray. And with my song My everything, it was #3 on the charts last week, and now it is #2, but where all my songs are, it says it isn't #2 and just shows #3 and is gray. When it should be blue and say #2. Could this please be fixed? It is false advertising that my songs are no longer charting.

Looking at your profile, 'My Everything' is #2. The system is working fine.
Every week (on Thursdays afaik), songs get charted. For the songs that have been previously charted always have the potential to gray out depending on its' relevance / interactions that said week.
